The Truth About Assisted Living Communities

May 11 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Presented by Liz Cornish, from New Season In Life.

This presentation will explain the differences between Skilled Nursing Homes, Independent and Assisted Living Communities, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, and Memory Care Communities. She will also provide information regarding questions that families should ask and things to look for in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community.

Information on how and when to start a conversation with your family member about transitioning to an assisted living or memory care community will also be discussed, as well as the cost of Assisted Living versus the cost of remaining in the home.
